D4 Rear Light Replacement |
|
Is one or more LED's (Assuming they are LED's) within the rear light cluster are out but not the whole display, can individual LED's be replaced? (2013 D4) Its all in the grip of the Tyre Fitters hand!

In not answering for certain, I will stick my neck out here and say no.
From the units I have handled at the back of my D4 those units look pretty sealed to me. What's the betting if you could change an LED only to find its characteristics upset the circuitry and sensing? That would be about right for a Land Rover
Spares and even second-hand are easy to come by but of course, are not always cheap.

Thanks for that, I guessed as much, and you're right they're easy to upset. Its all in the grip of the Tyre Fitters hand!
