After remove the old ones and installed the news, all tighten in place, now when in some corners or bumps it came sounds like crackles from under. What can be this?
Cheers

Did you tighten the bolts with the vehicle raised or with weight on the suspension? Andrew

Ball joints make the creaking/cracking noise when worn?
New ball joints normally in the new arms but on the upper arms you have a similar joint?
When stationary raise the car up and down, listen and see if it makes the noise again and report back!

What about the upper arm ball joint? Nothing to do with the lower arm?

That could be the problem noise you speak of, there are two wishbone assemblies per wheel, upper and lower?
Have you checked the Upper Arm?
When renewing the suspension arms they are often sold as individual pieces x1 or in a pair x2, it is also available as a set, i.e 8 x wishbones? they all have similar engineering, a ball joint included top and bottom.
When diagnosing the problem on the lower arms it probably looked like the bushes and ball joint appeared worn so you just replaced those?
After all that you have done the noise in my opinion is a seized ball joint, they have no grease nipple and therefore are ultimately going to fail at some point, often just seizing solid!
I speak from recent experience as the front suspension was recently overhauled as it was 60k and four years since the last lower set, all superb now.
These are heavy cars for good reason and there are upgraded arms to help prolong their life some with a Four year warranty so not bad at all.
Hope this helps?

This may sound stupid but could it be the traction control cutting in? Since doing your arms the steering sensor may need recalibrating if it's out buy a few degrees the traction control may think a wheel is slipping.
It will be more of a buzz than a crackle though Andrew

Ok I understand but your post stated that is was the Front Lower Arms? Take it to a specialist like I do!
