| Expansion Tank Bleed Chamber Full |

Hi all.
Running a 2005 LR3 V8.
The chamber in the expansion tank below the black plastic bleed screw fills up completely when the vehicle is driven. Releasing the bleed screw and the expansion tank filler cap allows the coolant to drain back into the system.
I have changed both the filler cap and bleed screw to no avail. No other symptoms seen.
Any light shed would be much appreciated.
