pop in main dealer for a quick oil change I thought...
never simple is it.
cars ready...err the service reminder is still on.
so a mechanic(?) lifts bonnet shorts bonnet switch and sits in car pressing both pedals aka backstreet dealer reset procedure...fails
wait a moment they say...
25 mins later after using computer all done.
harrah off I go...until I get to work and cant lock car. nothong ,nada,zip. call dealer..check doors closed..check doors amd bonnet..nothing..no beep or otherwise.
can still start car so..back to dealer I go
They check bonnet catch and nothing..then plug in computer and 15m later back to working.
harrah off we go...oh they forgot to do an electronic exit from estate code, so cant get out and a queue of cars behind have ti reverse back to let me go back.
all in all day wasted. It is better to have and not need it then need and not have it.
