FBH Fault Code Temperature sensor interruption
Hi there,
I purchased a cable from the forum shop and downloaded the Webasto SW to test the Thermo Top Webasto on my 2007 RR.
The fault code that is coming up is this one...
0x94 Temperature sensor interruption
I also had the 0x14 Temperature sensor short circuit come up. The Webasto software stops testing as soon as this pops up so I am not sure what else may be an issue. So some help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
Chris.

I just replaced the temperature sensors to resolve an issue with our webasto which had been giving us trouble since getting the car. It all works lovely now.
You'll need to remove and disassemble the fbh slightly, but swapping the sensors is fairly simple. You don't need to fully disassemble if you don't want to but it might be worth it to inspect and clean at the same time.
The part number for the sensors is LR004235. Cost me about £30 from the local LR dealer.
If you're dismantling, get the seals too - LR004141 cost less than £5 again from main dealer.
Here's a photo of my shiny new sensors before going in

Thermo C is NEVER fitted on a D3 or D4 or RR (S) diesel as auxillary heater after 2004
always Thermo top V or Evo (Evo after 2009 i believe, could be 1 or 2 years later.. not much difference though regarding these sensors..)Best regards

So for the Thermo top C the only temp sensor is on the control board. I have a couple of boards to test on the way so will see if that fixes it.
