I tried the compressed air trick on the original one and on this rebuilt replacement, doesn't work for me, So I'm assuming a real hard fault somewhere. 2005 TDV6 SE Auto

FBH seems to have fixed itself 
Last few times I've used the car it's kicked in after about 1 minute and stayed running, maybe just needed a good burn to clear everything through. 2005 TDV6 SE Auto
