United Kingdom 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Tonga GreenDiscovery 3

I am having a nightmare getting a seal with those clamps. I've tried using the old o-rings as the new o-ring won't let the clips fit properly. Do anybody know were new clamps can be sourced?

I may just use rubber hose if this carries on
