alright guys
has anyone attempted to get agreed value insurance on their D4?
We all know how annoying an insurance company can be if you ever need them. Though it would have to be serious to be a total loss, at the same time if it was a couple of £100 more than normal policy i would sooner have an agreed value policy if i am able to get one just for peace of mind
Else if anything happens they just pull out glasses guide and provide market value.
I think the D4 personally is such a great vehicle if would be nice to see values level and hold but i know in reality that will not happen. But low mileage one only doing a few thousand extra a year tops should have a much greater value imo
let me know your experiences i think i will phone around

Normally only available on classic or modified vehicles with Insurance companies that specialize in those kind of policies.
Sometimes with additional accessories fitted over standard increased values can be agreed, A-plan, a site sponsor on here worth a call as they may know if a policy exists for what you seek?

The best you will get is a separate "Top Up GAP" policy which generally pays an additional 25% of the motor insurers total loss valuation.
