cost of labour for lower arms?

I've a set of lower arms to change but frankly I don't think I can do it. My back is too bad and a recent oil change on my van left me laid up for a week more or less. My MOT expires in a couple of days so I need to find somebody to change the arms for me... being as work is also a bit Censored , this needs to be.."good value"..

Does anybody have any recommendations near Milton Keynes that would do a labour only job? obviously I have the RRS arms with bushes here.

Also, any idea as to the likely cost?

Thanks guys.

I wouldn’t do it yourself.
Getting the rear bolts undone can be a pain. Well sometimes a jack on a spanner can help on passenger side

I recently paid Mark West about £780 for RRS arms, labour , tracking etc.

I also had a read upper changed so all in cost was £1050. Labour was circa £350 +VAT for the 3 arms which I thought was very reasonable.

I did mine and it was a complete pain and i have a fully equiped workshop.

The rear bolts were siezed solid into the bushes and did not want to budge. When you remove the nut and washer you can see the bush through the oval adjustment hole so i drilled allong the bush and the split it with a chisel.
I would recommend that anybody doing the job gets all new bolts and dont buy cheap crap like i did as the adjustment washers failed when having the alignment done.

When my D4 was in need of them and I had the parts and no time to get them fitted myself. I used Adams and Page, on Cressex industrial estate High Wycombe.
I think they were £250 to 300.00 including hunter alignment which they have all the equipment for onsite? But can’t actually recall actual cost at moment.
