Tyre Sizes on 20 inch rims? |
|
Hi, I am looking at new tyres and decided that the Pirelli Scorpion AT+ are ideal for our use. D4 is a 2012 MY SD6
Problem is I currently have 255/50/20 tyres on and getting that size in the Scorpion AT+ is not available. Thoughts please on the standard 20 inch rims for 275/60/20 which seem available.
Will they fit (seen conflicting comments) and does profile water speedo? Appreciate advice

First thing I used to do was remove the 20” wheels, store them in the shed, and fit either 19” or 18” (Compomotive) rims. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Nicer ride, far less prone to kerbing and better off road. No brainer in my book. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

On my last 3 Discos I have gone down from excessively large wheels to the smallest one can fit. I've run the first set of tyres through their life, so have had experience of both large & small wheels.
