Changing Water Connector - LR073372

HI all,

Travelling on Friday with the caravan and the water connector decided to split on the A34. Pulled over quickly and although very hot it looks/sounds like the engine is OK Thumbs Up

I am replacing the split part and wanted some advice. I can't seem to get the connector into the oil cooler loose. It may just be I am not being forceful enough but I'd rather check before breaking the oil cooler!!

For those of you that have done this job, please chip in with your comments!

Thanks for your help.

Paul

Thanks. All done now, just needed a tug!!

The unit practically disintegrated when it came off. With a new one arriving tomorrow should be up and running in no time.
