Disco 3 transfer box

Hi everyone hoping some one can help being told by garage need new transfer box at price of around £2500 was look to get a second hand one from eBay garage telling me I need to get the same part numbers but can’t get to the part number as still on car eBay people saying doesn’t matt there all the same and how easy is it to replace thanks hope some one can help
