Going for service 2.7d - what else I need?

I`m going for service, so far my parts order list consists of:

Oil filter
Air filter
Cabin air filter
Fuel filter
Glow plugs
Arm rockers
Both timing belt kits
Aux belt
Water pump
Thermostat
MAP sensor
Oil separator
Gearbox filter
Gearbox service kit
Oil pump with new crankshaft seal
Crankshaft bolt
Camshaft chains with tensioners

+ALL fluids.

I will be getting injectors removed and tested. What is the part number for copper washers?
What is part number for fuel pump mesh filter in fuel tank?
They will also remove throttle body, EGR valves and inlet manifolds for cleaning - full of tar.

What else I need? Especially considering what is coming off, what gaskets I might need?

Timing cover gasket?

Thank you

I think it would be easier you just by a new engine

Why are you replacing

"Arm rockers" ?

This is just a big service, nothing else. If this seems something out of ordinary, then I`m scared to think how well people maintain their cars...

Because they wear out. While top bits are off, might as well do them. Its only 12 of them and they don`t cost a lot.

Gasket for vacuum pump, zimmer rings for camshafts, new o-rings for injector return hoses and you dont need rocker arms but hydraulic lifters.

zimmer rings for camshafts?

Do you have part number for injector copper washers?

They come as one unit, arm with lifter. LR call it arm rocker Very Happy

The seal rings for injector diesel return are rubber o-rings and they always break when taken apart.
Part number i dont know but they are all over the bay including the copper washers.
