My 2010 xs speedo needle doesn’t light up, not really an issue, but now the MPH at the bottom of the dial is on and off also when using the cruise control it doesn’t always display the ‘cruise set to’ etc messages
Could I have an underlying issue or poor connection somewhere or is it likely the dials are shot?

I've got the same issue, however mine is just flashing as if it has a bad connection.
I'm assuming the 'cruise set' bug is just that and will be sorted by a software update but I haven't checked what version I'm running against the latest.

I’ve got the same issue,flickering speedo needle,only solution I know is to take the binnacle out and then send off to one of the instrument cluster repair company’s ,costs around £160 with a guarantee
