As an aside Land Rover theft has gone bonkers in the last six months...
Two have been stolen from my quiet cul de sac alone and my sister in law had her Disco Sport stolen yesterday from Dulwich...
There seems to be a new Keyless method out there.... SIL had her keys in a pouch in the house some distance from her car so it’s unlikely rebroadcasting was the manner of theft...
The RRS stolen from my street was definately not rebroadcasted... an Audi estate with 4 up enter the close and one of them just seems to walk up and open the door without any hazard light flash...he’s in the car for 20-30 seconds presumably coding a key before it starts and drives off...
There’s obviously a new quick key coding method out there....

Faraday pouches can wear out, I've been using one for about a year and now I can open the car with the key inside the pouch, while the other pouch still works as it's mainly used for the spare key. Worth regularly checking the pouch is working.
