Front Valve Block Seal Replacement

I have just rebuilt the front valve block on the D3 using the seals from Landyair on ebay.

All fine I think, but the tiny seal on the sprung piston of the centre valve seemed to have less resistance with the new seal than it did with the old one. Has anyone else noticed this and has it caused an issue? With the original seal, I could almost feel a vacuum as I pushed the piston in and out, but not so with the new one. I have left the new seal fitted and will see if it causes a problem, but just wondered if anyone else had experienced issues.

To get to it, I literally undid one screw at the base of the drivers side wheel arch and peeled back the wheel arch cover - no need to remove the whole thing as some describe or take the wheel off.
