So I've sent payment for a hand brake module through pay pal using goods and service not gift. Good contact for the first few days. Then the dreaded email. Had to deal with family issue and I will send tomorrow. Tomorrow has come and gone. And no contact now. Do I just go through pay pal to claim funds back?
Thanks.

Use the online portal for PayPal to notify your problem. They then give the seller 10 days to give refund. If that is not forthcoming then PayPal will credit your account

Goods and services is the important bit, never use friends and family unless it is actually for friends or family.
If seller complains about the paypal fees offer to pay them, as it is still cheap insurance.
