If it as you say it’s and you have dash cam footage. I suspect things will change rapidly and you won’t end up in court. That’s not to say the other driver won’t though, but for other reasons. D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)

?????? why hav'nt you told your insurance you have footage to stop the case dead in its track from day 1 as it takes alot of time hours and money involved to get as far as you've gone .

They don't seem to though, they mostly seem to just 'end'. Starting to see the travel companies get a bit more aggressive on this thing but can't say I've seen/heard many motorist scammers get their comeuppance as the deserve

If you plan to show your dash cam footage in court, check out the facilities available.
I had footage from a car parking claim and in the end had to show stills as there was no facility to show the video footage .
