Yes they're D2. Also believe they'll fit Defender.
I've added a pic of the front face.

UPDATE: Might not be D2. I bought 4 of them in 2010 as I needed one for a 3door Nreg 2.5 diesel Disco (dor 30/12/1996 VIN SALLJGBF7TA198275)
