Can anyone tell me if it's possible to add mood lighting to an 11 plate GS and if you can how easy is it??
Thanks in advance God created heavy armour on 06 sept 1916, on the 7th the devil stood to attention!

Not worth the hassle IMO.
Had it in my Evoque, it's nothing special. But I'm sure someone on here will tell you if it's possible.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

I don't think it was an option in 2011 so the wires may not be there Cheers Ian

Sorry just found the spec list for MY2011 and it was an option on the HSE but I don't know how hard it would be to add it Cheers Ian

Its not a difficult job just nerve wracking. Getting the door card off you just need to be patient read the instructions and take everything slowely. Youll be fine.
Once you get the door card off i had to unclip a connector underneath the door handle it was connected to anythinv at all. Clip into its place the clip on the new wiring loom locate it all around the door card and refit.
Works a treat and looks great just got 3 more doors to do.
However when i was unclipping the door handle cable the white plastic pieve snapped. The handle works ok but need replacing really just cant find how to do it! Lesson learnt on that on unfortunately. Now with: Tow bar & storage, Xenon's, Remote Timed Climate, Mood Lighting, Cubby Fridge, DRL's, Mud Flaps, 13 pin electrics, Heated Steering Wheel

No activation needed sorry the pictures arent the clearest.
The highlighted plug on the door card was just a blank plug not connected. So remove that and clip into its place the one with the light loom as you see pictured. Itll clip into the corresponding plug in the door. Also highlited. Hope this helps.
