[Wanted] Mini Dv Tape deck/Player

Anybody got a mini DV tape deck lying around they dont want, trashed two old cameras now trying to convert all my old mini DV tapes, so need something more robust.

Do e mean the thing you put the tapes in from the old type video camera ? Ie tiny tapes ? -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

I might have an old Sony mini-dv camcorder if that would help? I have no idea where it is, my son may have it.

I cannot remember what interfaces it had, but I was able to transfer recordings to my old computer. It may have even been RS-232 serial comms!

Let me know if it would be any good, and I'll see if I can find him/it.
