I may be wrong here but having worn tyres shouldn’t make any difference. It’s the wheel that’s aligned not the tyres. The parts worn on your tyres will continue to ware unevenly fast whereas having the wheels aligned now will allow the ware on the unworn areas to catch-up with the unevenly worn areas. Doing it now could cost you €50 to €60 but it could give you months more life on your tyres and drive better! 012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)

Thanks M3bobby,
I've already contacted the stealers to say that i was getting the suspension fault warnings after their intervention. The warning only lights after ,at least, a 20 min long drive. The car feels great.
They said they'll look into it when i come for the next tyre changes...if it doesn't get any worse. 
Now, after what you've said, i'm wondering if i should have the alignment done asap...
