After a flat battery episode (for whatever reason) you can get all sorts of fault codes, most of them false.
Resolve the battery issues, do a hard reset and hopefully all will be well.

Check your pump fuse, my camera fuse blew when I tried to start with a shagged battery.

Disco now returned. Massive thanks to my Indy
Turned out they had fried the battery, alternator and the in-line fuse to the ECU.
Unfortunately it looks like I have a fight on my hands for remuneration
Thanks for all the advice 2010 D4 XS

How did they fry that lot??
I would suggest that it is more like the doors were open for the valet and the battery has gone totally discharged as it is old, when it was jumped and you drove it home the alternator has been cooked trying to rechanrge a discharged battery.
My expirience is when battery is that low, use a good quality charger to re-charge the battery to a half decent level at least befor you try to get the alternator to do the rest of the job. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
