I need recommendation for reliable companies to rebuild a 3.0 l diesel engine, MY 2011.
Or recommendation for reliable companies having used 306DT engines or engines that are rebuilt.

sure, everything was fine. MOT tested, no fault codes.
unfortunately a water tube got loose and the engine overheated.
So, probably I have to do it again.
The workshop will give the verdict in a few days.

Oval only do supply and fit only at the moment due to the running in procedure. Joe did mention that they did do supply only a while back but it was more hassle than it was worth due to the fact that engines weren't being properly run in when installed by third parties.
Things may change however when they have their dedicated 'running in rig' set up. However, I'd be highly surpised if any progress has been made on this because I know they are very much struggling on the resourcing side of things.
I'll be popping in next week for Joe to take a look at a small issue I have with my rebuilt engine. I'll make some enquires and report back.Kev

It's just a slow oil leak Rob and I can't see where its coming from. Hopefully it'll be something simple.Kev
