For sale our families much loved 2008 Discovery 3 XS Auto in Buckingham Blue

Purchased at 4 years old from LR Main dealer and owned the last 7 years
    Mileage 107k
    MOT Jan 2020
    Full Service History 10 years LR & 1 year Indy
    The majority of work in my ownership undertaken by Team Valley LandRover

Buckingham Blue with black leather & tints
Rear Seat Entertainment (Rosen) including games

Upgrades/additional maintenance in my ownership
Oil pump upgraded to stronger model with the belt change at 7 years
Gearbox flushed by geoff. @80k miles
BAS Remap
EGRs blanked (flack) and mapped out (BAS via flack)
New compressor
New air reservoir
New EPB
Recent brake callipers
New battery
New Alternator
Recent front ATRs
De-tangoed Xenons (enabled by flack, so they don't flicker on start-up)
LED side lights/interior lights/number plate lights/puddle lights

D4 style air intake
Upgraded soft touch steering wheel

Good bits
Body work in very good condition for age
Interior is almost unmarked
Wheels in good condition, no flaking
Everything works
Pulls like a train (BAS remap)
Smooth changes (Gearbox flushed)
Car has been very well looked after at almost no expense spared
Looks very well for its age, from ten paces it looks like a new car

Bad bits
Rear parking sensors intermittent at the moment
Interior indicator alert too fast (think the resistors failed on the D4 LED rear lights) - doesn't bother me at all
Small mark on rear door (has been there since I bought it)
Small crease/crack on side bolster of drivers seat as seen in every D3

This is not a tatty example often seen at this age. A lovely car with a lot of the preventative maintenance done (compressor/epb/auto box flush/oil pump upgrade/egr blank) with the addition of a BAS remap which turns it into the car LR should have rolled off the forecourts.

Currently on a private plate but will revert to 08 plate prior to sale

The car is located in County Durham
I do have a lot of interest and some offers as it is also advertised on Ebay

It developed a coolant leak at the weekend, and I don't want to sell it like that, so its in getting a new rad today/tomorrow.

I expect it back on Thursday evening.

We can communicate via Private message once you have a few more posts.

But I do have the promise of a deposit (yet to materialise), so once I get it back with the new Rad I will follow-up on that and let you know.
