I have got the following issues with my Disco, could anyone advise on possible causes before I take it to a garage and part with loads of cash on investigation and diagnostics please.
Fires on 7th or 8th turn over when cold, then grey smoke when finally turns over, normally fires on 2nd regardless of temp.
Put into drive, press down on the accelerator, slow revs no power then gradual increases revs to approx. 2,000 rpm (even when pushed to the floor), then power followed by plume of black smoke.
At 50mph, engine is at 2,500 rpm when cold for approx. 5 minutes
Hesitation when accelerating from low speed, reluctant to change down on inclines.
Whining noise on acceleration (disappears when in neutral), also vibration felt through accelerator pedal.

I was thinking both lol got the same issues too , the vibration is the engine running rough due to the injectors playing up causing a imbalance of the the engine. Bit like having miss fires Metal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes, pads, callipers, flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)

I'll go with turbo hoses or fuel pump - codes would be good
