New ones are Q rated, there was a post here or on a group I'm in sometime last year as I was thinking about getting them, with some info from Good Year as to why they have been down rated.
I tried to source some S rated last year and failed,

Does a Disco go as fast as 112 mph ?? Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector
Limo Tint
Blackvue front & rear dashcam
Cruise control switch pack
Bodsy's remote for FBH
Q is 99 MPH.
I’ve spent a while chatting with Goodyear Tech re some stuff & posted it up.
Q rated are exactly the same as the S rated tyre with the addition of another Kevlar band around the sidewall. Only reason for change to Q are Euro regs classing it as a Pro Comp tyre.
Snowflake marked but not 3PMSFPaul.
06 Java Black HSE - gone
12 Baltic Blue HSE - gone
15 Fuji HSE Lux
Club Biscuits, mmmm nice!
Traxide/Luna hybrid & Yellow top
Some Prospeed bits
+ some other stuff

Best tyres I ever had on an off road vehicle were BF Goodrich A/T. Performed faultlessly in all aspects, from heavy off road work, to touring, to highway. Also outlasted anything I've ever used.
