Well... I just hit the roof in the car. Literally.

I have spots on the roof rack, and on access height, it measures 1.98m

I went in to a car park that I have been in to before, but went in through a different entrance. They have 3 heigh barriers set at 2m. The first on was OK. Cleared it. The other two are obviously set too low. I hit the spots!!!!!!!

Fortunately, no damage done, but still annoying!!

Ouch! Shocked it’s a bit daft having different heights. So long as you didn’t damage the car.

I went no where. The big boy on the other hand went the other direction to what he said and ended up at Lairg in Sutherland and took the dog for a walk. Rolling Eyes

He’s away again, he says he’s going to the local park, but who knows? He will probably find himself at Celtic Park (Glasgow)

Yes, nice day today too, but it’s my hoovering and general cleaning day, so maybe pop out tomorrow.

I was in Dornoch and Tain yesterday, but no camera. Again it was just a quick jaunt with SWMBO without the kids.

Have noticed a lot more traffic on the roads - caravans, camper vans, but then it’s the Easter Holidays.

True.

We are a victim of our own success. The NC500 always existed, it just didn’t have a name or the advertisement. Now it does and it attracts people from all over.

We don’t have the roads or infrastructure to cope and if we did, the beauty that people come to see will be lost.
