Changed wheel, suspension height now dodge |
|
Hi all
I just changed my first LR3 front wheel for a spare. Had a damn puncture!!
It took me a second or two to figure out how to set the suspension in lock mode in order to jack one corner off the ground. Guess I should read manuals before these jobs more!!
Anyways, upon completion I jumped in to find a suspension reset message. I moved the hight adjustment switch up and down to find the correct level. I noticed the front raising very slowly when eventually the vehicle threw an error message saying..... you guest it: front suspension raising slowly!!
Have I split my strut air bag? Is the reservoir empty? Has it got its knickers in a knot? Shall I just leave it for the night and pray everything is ok in the morning?
Advice welcome!! Thanks all! Landrover discovery 3, 2005, TDV6, manual, 5 seats

It is probably the compressor overheating, should be ok if left to cool. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
