Ride Height- only normal height available
Couple of days last week, on the way to work at 4 am, got the message "only normal ride height available"
Stopped and re started, this cleared the fault.
This Monday, happened again, but warning returned about 1/2 mile later.
Went into local dealer (Roger Young - Saltash), workshop staff on lunch but will ring you later.
Phone call "Have discussed this with techie, compressor fault, parts on order, warranty job, safe to drive but can't fit in until after xmas."
Booked in for 2nd Jan
Looked in after work Tuesday for them to run diagnostic to check. AMK ? compressor.
How's that for service ???
2016 Graphite, am I to expect to replace compressor every 2 1/2 years ??

And they've jumped to the conclusion it's the compressor, Mmmmm, mine wasn't and I had exactly the same warning. Mods:

To be fair, generally those symptoms do herald the start of compressor failure. If it's under warranty anyway and they are doing it, I'd take the new compressor and go from there if it doesn't fix it.

Narpy, what was the problem with yours and what was done to fix it ?
Not sure about "jumped to conclusion", that's why I went in for them to check with diagnostic.

Mine has just started that fault also but I’m thinking some bad connector possibly after it having a total strip down to have a new engine fitted a month ago.

My own issue was down to corroded cables in the front nearside wheel arch but it took me 8 months to get to the bottom of it. I replaced valves and suspension compressor and cleaned just about every connector but all failed to fix the problem.
To be honest, that particular fault can be triggered by a whole host of random problems and trying to find the correct one is an absolute minefield. Even with an IID tool it was a struggle hence why it took me 8 months.
Good luck resolving it, I hope you get lucky. Mods:

Well, all done and dusted, all seems well, here's hoping.
Suspension seems a lot faster response to switch.
Also had unrelated fault, stop start doesn't anymore...checked on diagnostics, no result, advised to monitor and if it still doesn't work come back in for (warranty) battery replacement.
+1 for Roger Young Land Rover at Saltash.

Update on this....
19th March and compressor / suspension still perfect.
Stop / Start didn't come back to life, so went back to dealer,
Main battery replaced under warranty F.O.C....Stop / Start now back to normal.
at least it can be de-activated temporarily, and I'd rather not have to worry if battery is o.k. !!
Apparently...
Stop / Start not working, no warning light / message = Main Battery giving notice.
Stop / Start not working, with warning light / message = Auxiliary Battery giving notice.
