HI My Audio Sat Nav has failed and I have been told it has suffered a Comms failure.
Went to the local LR dealer who were useful as a Back Pocket in a Sock.
In conversation with a owner of the same model & Year (2016 SE Tech)he thought that there was a SD card hidden somewhere remove and to clean the contacts or reboot the system
So over to you guys any ideas on how to resolve the problem?

Try a hard reset ..
Bit more info than “ failed “ may be helpful G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Thanks for the reply.
Failed means it has crashed does not work no sound no GPS a blank screen no phone no parking sensors. I asked if there was a SDCard fitted somewhere in the system from those that know on this web site.
The members solved my D3 problems very quickly when i owned it
