Underbody Spare Tire Protector/Sheild
Anyone know of or seen some type of shield plate or protector that can be mounted underneath the spare tire located under the body at the rear of a Disco/LR 3/4? I been giving some consideration to the need to protect the spare tire from damage including debris and would like to shield it.

In the UK on the Euro6 emmisions spec'd diesels the spare is mounted face down as it has an AdBlu tank fitted, and as part of this comes with a plastic cover (not excatly underbody "protection" but better then no cover at all).
I'm guessing that your US spec V8 has the spare face up but there shouldnt be anything to stop you turning it over and using the MY16 SDV6 wheel cover.
