Just had a 20 min conversation with a pleasant market research
lady canvassing new D3 purchasers.
I did point out that LRA will not give a damn what we think --
but I voiced a few opinions anyway.
She was not aware of our forum.
Anyone else been contacted recently ?

Mines not new, had it for over 2.5 years 
She phoned me Friday 
I was as honest as possible within the range of answers available 
Pity that there wasn't more scope to really let them know all the problems 
I did get to add quite a bit in my own words at the end

I had a similar call about 12 months ago. When they asked me where I had my last service done and I responded they stated that the dealer I used (It was an authorised dealer and listed on the LRA website) was not on their list so would not go on with any questions. They would not expand as to what they were after...... Retired Bob

The market research call centre agents have been trying to contact me for the past 2 months. I think they gave up.
Each time I've missed the call except the first time when I told them I was too busy to talk right now as I was get my D3 fixed 
I missed my chance to have m say
