(Have been) Running from the backup....

Hi all, hope some of you have managed to find your way back despite the outage with the Web Rover server.

DISCO3.CO.UK is currently running from the backup server, and will stay that way for the foreseeable future until the issues with the original server are fixed properly.

Apologies for lost posts and private messages, and any duplicate private messages or notifications that you've received for things you've already seen..

Many thanks if you decide to bear with me with this, it's absolutely the last thing I'd want to happen and I guarantee I'm much more angry about this than you might be!

Martin

Right, I've switched back to the Web Rover server, as there were quite a few posts and trying to sync them back to mirror was a bigger job than bringing the 1 post off the mirror to here..

Sorry again, from the quietness around the place it looks like people might be gone for good Sad

Don't worry, you can't get rid of us that easily!

Its comforting to know that Disco3 is not the only thing to have software problems!!!!

Puts it all into perspective really Smile

I still think this is the best site for UK owners and it will take a bit more than a few hours outage to shake us off !

Its great to have like minded and helpful people (that we have never even met) there to answer questions, offer advice and generally be a good community !

Sorry... getting serious here !

Maybe we should organise a forum get together in the summer !

When the weather warms up, I'll be up for a camping trip. I recomend mid Wales, around the Rhayader area. Loads of green lanes that would suit Disco 3.

Rhayader would be perfect.

A forum meet up sounds an excellent idea.
