I havnt used ALA before - seem to do a lot in GAP insurances - given what the others seemed to want and the restrictions I thought I'd give them a go

and if for some reason it turns out they dont, I will have only lost 400quid as opposed to whatever WD and WW want to charge, which was knocking on for double that

I'm looking at warranties and have just checked out ALA. They did come out at over half the price of WD but during the quote you can only choose a maximum of £500 or £1000 per claim (total of all claims up to the value of the car).
Forgive me if I have misunderstood but that means they will only pay up to £500 or £1000 of each individual claim.
I hope I have misunderstood as the price is good and they seem to have great feedback.

If thats the case, ALA dotn are going to be okay for regular repairs but not the crank?
On the bright side 500 or 1000gbp limit will cover 5 to 10 percent of a new engine, so well worth the spend

It lets me choose 1000, 2000 or value of car for limit, wonder if it’s age dependent?Joined the BMWX5 45e group
