[For Sale] Reduced HSE Disco 3 '54 (early 05) 117004 miles
54 Plate Disco 3 : HSE in black: 117409 miles and regularly serviced by garage. We have owned for 10 years and it’s been a great reliable car but now requires a few jobs to pass its mot hence selling as a project.
Very clean interior alpaca cream leather and black trim. Fridge, pre heater, heated seats,towing electrics 7 pin and potentially detachable tow ball.
Jobs to do :
Urgent for mot:
• Suspension arm pin or bush nearside rear upper and front lower
• Anti roll bar linkage ball joint offside rear
• Prop shaft bearing
• Suspension arm pin or bush offside front lower
• Wheel bearings front nearside and offside.
Last year it had new offside front and rear suspension arms fitted which cost approx. £680 and the garage gave me a ball park figure of £1200 for the above.
Cam belt done at 82250 miles.
There is a fault on the audio system which makes radio and sat nav cut in and out but does not affect running of car.
Previously done:
Blanked off EGR valves, replaced nearside sunroof drain pipe, new alternator and battery.
We’ve since purchased a Disco 4 so now need to sell rather than do the work ourselves.
