dies inside a D4 when falling to a swamp in Spain!
the driver says he got out of the car to take a picture... and the woman accompanying him, they are not a couple, she stayed in the car that rushed to the swamp. His body was recovered hours later. The man has been arrested on suspicion of reckless homicide.

hours before being arrested he spoke for television, he said he did not remember anything of what happened and that the insurance would take over!!

The D4 stood up very well to the fall but I suppose injuries sustained on the way down prevented any chance of escape from submerged vehicle even if still alive at the bottom and of course as it was parked she may have taken her seatbelt off.
