But it is also the equivalent of rebuilding Ayrton Sennas car and driving it around a few circuits...
Not against it but slightly wierd rebuilding something that the poor bloke died in...

Shame they weren’t able to build a new updated version for another attempt at the world record

Didn’t realise they done that with sennas racing car

I had a meeting at Williams and went around the museum. They had several of Senna's cars but what was weird was looking at the moulded seats in them and realising it was Senna's body shape. New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)

2015 Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 HSE Lux Auto Fuji White

The kids & I had a fairly close look during the restoration as we passed the back street garage she was in (North Shields) on occasion.
Hand cutting replacement pieces to fit - painstaking work, i’ll Try & find the few photos I was allowed to take.
I was told they have permission for a run on Coniston at a max speed of 100Mph as long as certain criteria are met. Paul.
