England 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Manual Zambezi SilverDiscovery 3

Hi yes both pads are present and the bolt inserts are already in the tailgate handle when I took it off the car it was fitted between the tailgate and the handle you have to open the upper tailgate pull down the plastic cover in upper tailgate and the bolts go all the way through the tailgate the ladder then fasten in to the tailgate handle
