| To expesive or.....? Set of 17" |

There's a dutch guy selling his 17" wheels with the standard tires. (24.000km)
He's selling them for 400 € (most be around 600£)
Looking at other prices inhere this seems expensive.......no? 
Or he will make me a deal within three weeks, he will go on holiday with brand new winter tires.
Afterworths he wants to sell them with the tires for 1.900£
Should I plan a holiday myself to the UK and get some cheap 18".....?

So indeed.....400€ = £295
