[For Sale] 2005 TDV6 HSE in Ireland
Hi there,
After over 4 years of ownership of my 2005 HSE auto (Java black with beige leather) interior, I am now looking to sell it as I have a D4 coming shortly. Kids (still smallies) devastated as it is the only 'fun' vehicle they have really known - they are not allowed to have fun in our other vehicle (company car!). Will get some photos up shortly.
It is an Irish spec HSE which means that it does not have phone, sunroof or front PDC as standard. Has the following, all working
Heated seats,
6CD HK system,
SatNav, 4x4 info
Leather electric memory seats,
Folding mirrors
Dimming mirror
7 seats
Currently it has about 185k miles on it, full service history (first owner had it serviced at main dealer in Dublin, it was effectively a family wagon / Chelsea tractor, up to about 95k miles) then I am second owner with all servicing by ex-main dealer in Limerick, except for autobox mega flush by LR Services in Straffan.
Has been a joy to own, 4 trips to France, but mainly a superb long distance cruiser serving the family. Never had a tow hitch, rarely off tarnac I am afraid.
Service history is very good, numerous bushings replaced on suspension, brake discs and pads front and back in last year, battery 2 years old (alternator showing clean 14.8 on idle using tester), have a full folder of receipts, NCTs etc.
Now for a few interesting bits;
Interior (rear seats, front seat foams and coverings and the door cards) updated to D4 in beige, window switching transferred to new door cards
LED lightbar integrated to front grill
Fridge in armrest
Updated disc in SatNav
Replaced heater matrix so toasty warm when needed inside, AC blows cold when needed too
RR mod but left wires extended allowing switching between D3 and RR mode (I leave it in D3 mode during most months as prefer being able to see screen brightly but often have it in RR mode in winter)
Parrott 9200 phonekit with bluetooth streaming, line in etc all works great
Rear facing camera
Additional video input cable for media on screen
Remote control for FBH
LR roof rails and roof bars
Decent floor mats (I think I have the rubber mats still, will check)
LED brake bulbs, reverse lights (very bright)
LED interior lights
Privacy glass rear of B-pillar
2 keys
Not so good bits;
Next service due in about 4k miles
Some marks on paint on rear passenger door
Rear mud flaps removed
I am seeking £4,500 for it through this site and will be advertising back here in Ireland aswell but am open to offers. I would be happy to discuss options with interested parties across the Irish Sea or up in Northern Ireland in terms of viewing and hopefully transfer.

Gone to new owner in Co Cork. Hope he has as many good times and adventures.
Odd to be without a LR for first time in 12 years, especially as tomorrow is the big LR anniversary. Will feel slightly left out . . . .
Until I get my hands on my next Discovery in early July!!
