Side pockets luggage net
Anyone knows the part number for these side pocket nets in the picture? I've searched the net without any results..

I've looked into these.
I was told by LR they are supplied only as a part of the boot trim panels - I believe they were only fitted to coilers. It wasn't possible to retro fit the nets only.
There are aftermarket nets but none I've seen match the shape even vaguely of the LR pockets.
Maybe a visit to a breaker?I see no ships........

Yeah great idea for maximising an unusable area.
Also checked as per SB.
Really, that's something that should be fitted as standard to both D3 & D4.
It would also benefit passengers in the third row when these seats are used....... always on the road less travelled 🚧
< ‘tis but a mere scratch …….. it’ll polish out.

I looked into these too.
They were ever only fitted to 5 seater Discos, not to the 7 seater versions. Why that is the case is beyond me, as I cant figure out what possible reason there would be for not including them on the 7 seater Disco.
You can only get them, as part of the entire trim panel & as "SpiderBabay" says, a visit to the breakers yard may very well be the only hope of getting them. (At reasonable cost anyways)

I don't think it would be that hard to make them tbh.....I have the floor cargo net that uses the lashing eyes, and that could easily be cut down (I think I paid about £10-ish)....the only issue would be whether you wanted to cut into the plastic trim to fix them I suppose"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

The problem with the D2 nets and similar from MUD is that they are basically rectangular - the shape of the boot trim panels is anything but.
I had also thought of using a standard elasticated 'spider' net and while I have no worries taking the panel out, drilling holes for fixings etc my problem has been coming up with a method of ensuring rigidity along the closed sides.
I have been toying with the idea of coated wire that can be bent by hand - think thick wire of the type used in agri-fencing.
Failing that I'll wait til Steve S scraps his coiler in disgust and nick his..... I see no ships........

When i had my D3 (2009) I got the nets from MUD and bent it exactly to the shape using a vice and some strong pliers, took about 30 minutes to do. Nets were about £10.
