Not only is he a cracking bloke, but he's also extremely helpful, even when he's dealing with a complete and utter numpty when it comes to setting up the Altox FBH thingy

Quick delivery, superb aftercare dealing with issues, followed by even more aftercare and again a little bit more aftercare - none of the issues were down to the product or service, all were down to the user Embarassed
