D4 MY59 3.0 TDV6 (won't fire)
Hello all,
My mate was travelling along the local bypass abut 60mph when his D4 cut out.
Managed to pull off thought he'd run out of diesel.
AA couldn't diagnose so got recovered to a local indy.
They have the top end LR software and they cant find out whats wrong - no codes, nothing, turns over but wont fire.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

When I had an FL2 I had a very similar thing, total engine cut out, would turn over but not fire up, no codes stored, after a lot of head scratching at LR the fault was found to be the Relukter Ring (excuse spelling) part of the bottom pulley, was found to be cracked so the engine didn’t know where it was, no codes as it couldn’t communicate with the Crank Sensor.
