Wow that so out of character for a Main stealer to sell a car that's not been serviced as per Land Rover service schedule they did to me as well Land Rover 90 - deceased

Would be worth discussing the fact with the supplying dealer that they sold it to you with a full LR Service History as it hasnt they are in Breach of Contract
Would not be something they would like a discussion about in court....
Especially if you have legal protection as part of an insurance package they would probably buy it back just to make you go away...Must stop buying shiny toys....

I am going to be sending an email asking for some sort of compensation over this, I’m not going to let it go.
I wish I had the original advert but cant seen to find it anywhere!
Mz Mini- did you do anything about it? You trust if its from a main stealer everything would be perfect..obviously not! Lesson learnt.

Indeed Mark I learnt my lesson NEVER go to Stratstones ,I am a truly dogged type and don't know when to give it up but after 6 months of total bull I lost the will to fight car off the road for 59 days WTF I just cut and ran part exchanged it

Hi,
No the car is still up for sale, I work away and don't get home until tomorrow so haven't put it on Autotrader yet.
Its going in for its first MOT on 14th March so will be going on Autotrader straight after with 12 months MOT.
