Just been having a look online, could it be off a 3.0 D4?

Edit: All the 3.0 SDV6 D4 Webasto’s on eBay are the same as the item I have. Will this be a problem fitted to my D3 as I’ll return it if so?!

As far as I know the disco 4 ones all have the sticker on the same as that one, at least all the new ones I’ve seen have.

If it works then won’t cause any problems at all Thumbs Up

I’ve used the FBH quite a few times over the weekend and it’s performed flawlessly. I’m still undecided on whether I should keep it or return it for a proper D3 unit? Confused

I would keep what you’ve got, you know it works and is newer than any one you will get from a d3, the fuel preheater that is in the one you have can only be a good thing if it gets really really cold.

Swapping the board over you should be fine, if there where any problems it would have shown up on first run.

Flack Thumbs Up

Thats sorted then Thumbs Up

Last question.......having an older board in a newer unit won't cause any compatibility issues long term will it?
