Just opened mine out in the hall and it does not have the split, but that is not an issue for me, as I hardly ever just fold down one seat and the cover looks like it will fold down with all three.
Wish i'd fitted it today now, rather than laying about scratching my baws oh' well.....

I'd better get mine out of the bag and take a look then
Not bothered about individually folding seats either as long as it'll fold down with all three The End

Mine folds flat on the hall floor, so should be able to do it in the back of the car. probably just need a small velcro adjustment when it's folded flat.

I've just had another look at mine based on the feedback from JKP. Thought I had better check.
It definitely does not allow for seat folding. You could fold the seats, but it would leave at least a foot high barrier across the back. The only way for this to work would be to release the sides and fold it flat into itself to give a true flat surface.
I'm still going to need to get my sorted, so call to Julia in the morning.

Hmm, if that's the case better get mine done too, I assumed (and the pictures suggest that's the case) that's what they did anyway I can understand a 3 part flap being extra but not the a single one The End

I have a baby seat with a 8 month old, another on its way (due end of August) therefore it is necessary that the seats folded individually.
I will have a look this week end. Arno

Since mine has not yet been mailed I have emailed to Julia to ask her to add the slits. If it wasn't included in the group price I am happy to pay the extra slit charge. Like everybody else, I didn't check the site I just went by the photos.

Likewise for me. I did think that splits and folding was included
If there's extra to pay then so be it.
Should we all e-mail Julia separately, or are we just doing it through this site? Don't want to pi$$ her off with an avalanche of messages if it's not necessary.

Just had an email from Julia. Mine is going to be re-cut so she will mail it next week. She said she would email other overseas members to see if they wanted this option before their linings are posted. I gather there is an extra cost but that she will apply the same level of discount to the extra cost.
Top notch customer service.

Discowex: PM Sent.
Everyone else:
I'm awaiting a reply as to what is happening, but Discowex seems to be working on this. Suggest we don't hassle Julia individually and let Discowex negotiate an outcome for those who have already received them and an easy upgrade path for those who are still in manufacture.
I have every confidence that we'll get something sorted out as they seem a very good company to work with.
Signing off for the day

Sorry about all this Gents .The fact that I couldnt get online last night has probably compounded your frustrations. My apologies , but unavoidable at the time.
I have spoken with Julia. She is in fact emailing everyone to give them an update.
Unfortuneately the blame for the cockup lies at both our doors , i.e mine & Hatchbags.
1. Mine _ I didnt thouroughly research the product to see that the " Rear Plus" option was an extra
2. Hatchbags_ The photographs attached to the email copied above gave the impression that the split seats were catered for. The email mentioned was a response to a question I posed to them " What do we get for the price ? " . So , I did ask. I took the photographs as sold as seen.
Nevertheless both myself & Julia want to sort out the mess , the upshot is as follows :
Post the Hatchbag back to them and they will alter to suit the split rear seats.i.e split at both corners and two splits off centre. There will be a cost of £21 for this as per Julias impending email to you all.
If anyone feels aggrieved by the postage costs then I offer to cover the costs as I feel responsible in part for the mistake.Let me know by PM.
The foreign destined bags luckily enough have been caught in time and will be altered but an extra charge will apply , £14 ( Refer to Julias email )
My sincere apologies everyone ,
Discowex

Discowex - don't blame yourself - genuine errors are unavoidable sometimes - I'm sure we all really appreciate your efforts in organising this group buy in the first place.
I've got to say that I'm very impressed with Julia at Hatchbags - I've arranged to drop my liner off at their place in Birkenhead and she's offered to get one of their chaps to fit the new one. It's often when things go slightly wrong that businesses show their true mettle and hatchbags have certainly done that for me. 2013 D4 HSE Luxe in Indus Silver
