Managed to get by last winter without the Altox working but back at it now and not really getting anywhere. Still getting " the heater does not respond to commands" error and Technical info: W9,1,5,4
Altox works via the IID.
I've emailed Altox with no reply, so a bit stumped.
Has anyone had a faulty unit and had it replaced?
