A really nice Aviation Leathercraft RAF Irvin sheepskin leather flying jacket size 46R. ID No. 30/7
Aviation Leathercraft are the only manufacturers of the genuine Irvin Sheepskin Flying Jacket.
This is suitable as a winter jacket or for those cold mornings (or indeed any Land Rover badged vehicle owner!)
This jacket cost RRP £798 new and is a bargain for someone at the asking price of £390 plus £16 postage and delivery.
100% genuine sheepskin leather.
100% thick sheepskin finished in honey.
Double stitched cowhide seams.
Main heavy duty zip with pulls.
Sleeve heavy duty zips with pulls.
Large RAF collar with leather strap and D-rings.
Hand warmer pockets.

Main leather belt with buckle stamped Irvin

The jacket is tagged and will fit a size 46 chest. Please view jacket measurements below which are taken laid flat and zipped up:
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam = 23 inches.
Underarm to underarm = 25 inches
Shoulder seam to end of cuff = 24 inches.
Underarm to end of cuff = 19 inches.
Collar seam to bottom waist = 27 inches.
The jacket is sold in used condition. The leather has no rips or tears and is in excellent condition with only signs of general casual wear with a few light scuffs which is typical on sheepskins. The inside sheepskin has matured well, all zips function perfectly and no holes in the pockets.
Overall the jacket is in excellent shape and nicely worn in, please see photos and ask any questions.

Sorry about the photos. I would welcome advice on making them bigger. Also forgot to give reason for sale: Kidney Transplant in 2011, one of the meds I must take (Prednisolone) has given me a 'Cushingoid Appearance'. Not nice as abdomen is permanently enlarged. Jacket fits up top but across stomach is now a wee bit tight
