United Kingdom 2011 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 XS Auto Sumatra BlackDiscovery 4

No snow here yet but cars were so iced up that after 10 minutes of scraping lumps of the Antara, I gave up ... Pressed Max on the D4 and gave SWMBO my keys. 2 minutes and ice melted enough to just flick it away. Very impressed.
And half an hour before she leaves work, I'll phone the Altox and warm it up for her.

I don't know if the same on the D4 but on the D3 lifting the revs a bit (say to 1,500 - 2,000) really speeds up the deicing of the front screen. Thumbs Up

Not much down here on the Cheshire plain, but plenty up in the Peaks this morning. This is Lyme Park.

Going to clear the drive before walking the boys, looks like ~3" more last night. A lot easier to shovel the white stuff out of the way before SWMBO drives all over it. Thumbs Up

Might take the D4 to the gym this morning, otherwise she's going to sulk on me and we know how bad a sulking Disco is. Big Cry Big Cry

The itโ€™s seems we are in favour again.

The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry, Shropshire, is appealing for 4x4 drivers to help transport nursing and clinical staff over the weekend

Very localised around here. Nothing in Bramhall, but just took my wife to Congleton, and there is a lot there. A34 from Alderley Edge was very badly affected. Lots of cars in hedges, glad I was in my D4!
